Passengers are required to check in at least thirty (30) minutes prior to departure time.

Carrier's sole responsibility is to issue a refund only for cancellation due to weather, mechanical or other problems beyond our control. Discounted tickets are non-refundable.

Passengers shall comply with all Government travel requirements.

Carrier is not responsible for lost tickets.

Carrier is not responsible for luggage and parcels.

Tickets are good for six months from date of issue.

The fare for carriage hereunder is subject to change. Carrier may refuse transportation if the applicable fare has not been paid.

Carrier meets all U.S. Coast Guard regulations.

Carrier reserves the right to refuse carriage to any person who has acquired a ticket in violation of applicable law or Carrier’s tariffs, rules or regulations.

All discretionary refunds (not to include #2 above) will be subject to 15% surcharge.
Round-trip tickets will be paid less the value of the one way portion used (i.e. $90.00 round-trip - $50.00 one-way = $40.00 value on ticket).

Tickets are good for 6 months from date of issue.
